These Affliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (the “Affiliate”) and Quantum Funding Limited (“Quantum Funding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for the Quantum Funding Affiliate Program and accessing the Affiliate dashboard at https://quantumfunding.io/affiliate-area/, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.
To register as an Affiliate, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:
– Your Name
– Your Username
– Your Account Email
– How Will You Promote Us?
Failure to provide accurate information or update such information will result in suspension or termination of your Affiliate account.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting Quantum Funding using the following methods:
a) Affiliates are expressly forbidden from spreading false or misleading information regarding Quantum Funding Limited’s services or offerings. This prohibition extends to the unauthorized dissemination or promotion of coupon codes, discounts, or any other offers not officially approved by Quantum Funding Limited.
b) Using Google Ads or any similar advertising platforms to promote your affiliated link.
c) Spamming or unsolicited mass emailing.
d) Using any form of misleading or false advertising.
e) Promoting on websites or platforms that contain or promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
f) Impersonating Quantum Funding or any of its employees or representatives.
g) Using bots, automated software, or any deceptive method to generate fake clicks or sales.
Affiliates are urged to report any observed or suspected abuses of the program by fellow participants. Quantum Funding Limited commits to a regimen of regular inspection of affiliate conduct to ensure alignment with program standards.
Violation of any of the above methods will lead to immediate termination of the Affiliate account and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
Affiliates found in breach will be disqualified from receiving any future payouts from the program, with any accumulated earnings in their account being nullified.
Offending affiliate accounts will be closed without prior notice, serving as a preventive measure against fraudulent promotional practices. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
Quantum Funding Limited reserves the authority to pursue legal action should the misuse of information or unauthorized promotions lead to tangible detriment or financial losses for the company.
Commissions will be paid based on the structure outlined below:
Level 1: Quantum Member
– Traders Recommended: 1-10
– Commission: 10%
– Benefits:

Level 2: Quantum Ambassador
– Traders Recommended: 11-50
– Commission: 12.5%
– Benefits:
– 10% discount code
– Free $100,000 Challenge
Level 3: Quantum Royal
– Traders Recommended: Over 50
– Commission: 15%
– Benefits:
– 15% discount code
– Free $200,000 Challenge
Payments will be made to the Payment Email provided during registration. Affiliates can choose to receive their payments via:
a) Cryptocurrency: Specifically USDT (Tether) on the ERC20 protocol.
b) Wire Transfer.
It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that the Payment Email is correct and active, as well as providing accurate cryptocurrency addresses or bank account details for wire transfers. Quantum Funding is not responsible for any lost payments due to incorrect or outdated payment information provided by the Affiliate.
The minimum balance required for withdrawal is 100 USD. Referrals will be credited to the Affiliate’s account after a period of 14 days to ensure they register as a valid balance due to Quantum Funding’s refund policy.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using their own affiliate link for their own purchases or creating additional accounts to self-refer. This act is considered a breach of the agreement. Any commissions generated this way will be deemed invalid and will not be paid out. Further, engaging in such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account, and any unpaid commissions, even those earned appropriately, may be forfeited.
Coupon codes provided to Affiliates should be used ethically. Affiliates are prohibited from:
a) Selling the coupon codes.
b) Misrepresenting the value or benefits of the coupon codes.
Quantum Funding reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account for violation of these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary by Quantum Funding, without prior notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Quantum Funding makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an Affiliate’s potential to earn income.
Quantum Funding will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with the Affiliate Program or these Terms.
Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Funding and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Quantum Funding may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include changes in the commission structure, payment procedures, and program rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantum Funding is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By registering for the Quantum Funding Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
